The work is located in Bologna, Cavalieri Ducati street, 7/7, in which Kosmos Group holds the Safety coordination. The project is about the construction of a residential complex of two types of residential modules, due to the demolition of two former buildings. The first one’s shape is called “asymmetrical barns”, marked by its gable roofs. The second one, a one floor building, revives the idea of a “great and permeable glass portal”, covered by a perforated skin made of a “brick jealousy”.
