Correggio (RE)The property subject to intervention is located on the outskirts of Correggio. It is a multi-family building that is completely renovated, achieving both seismic improvement and energy efficiency objectives. At the end of the works, the property will house a large residence and pertinent premises. It is an NZEB project with a strong structural component, which involves the replacement of the roof, the doubling of many masonry walls, the creation of new bracing with steel frames, the reinforcement of the existing floors and the use of carbon fibers. for the reduction of the effects of the stresses in some corners of the building.
